Full body practice of chair yoga with some extra focus on the back, for all levels. Gently release tension from the joints and muscles taking time to connect inward through a guided meditative experience. Only a chair, Zoom app, and yourself required!
About Kelsey Madson
Kelsey has been practicing yoga for 12 years. Her training includes 500hr RYT at Atmananda Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra certifications at Ishta Yoga, Reiki Level II at Beacons of Change, and Consulting Hypnotist certification with NGH. She is immensely grateful to the many wonderful teachers who have helped light her path on the learning journey of yoga and is humbled to hold space for mind/body connection, presence and community. When not on the mat, you can find her laughing, singing in various bands, and teaching dance to kids.
