EFT Tapping - Storytelling

Here is an example session with storytelling.  

Give the story a title.

Explore the feeling.

Give it a 0-10 level of intensity to understand change.

Tap on the story title.

Then tap on the moment that had the most intensity.

Then when the number is below a five - tap using positive affirmations.

 In this example. Michelle and I do a tapping session around someone that she feels is narcissistic, and she wasn't sure how to create the boundaries she needed.  Our positive affirmations at the end are:  My feelings are valid.  I sense my power with clarity.  I have a plan for dealing with selfish people.
