Gentle Yoga Self-Care for your low back & mind "Fatigue to Focused"

 

About this Session

The theme of this restorative and therapeutic yoga class is "fatigued to focused". If you're feeling exhausted and unmotivated, not sure what to do, or you're not accomplishing what you want through out we come back to some core helpful tips. 

Some include:

The importance of making a plan, even when you don't know what to do.

Resting, even when your not sure how.  

Movement, even when your tired.

We have a tendency when trying to rush, or create in the world to lean forward and that can put a strain on the low back.   The anatomy focus of class is to release the psoas, and low back muscles and to create awareness of tightness in the spine and let it go.

Notice your body, feel your bones wherever and however you're choose to be and calm the central nervous system with this 90 minute practice.
